My goal is to help clients move from simply coping to living with greater clarity, self-compassion, and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ACT, and narrative therapy, I tailor each session to your unique experiences, goals, and pace. Together, we will explore your story, uncover patterns that may be holding you back.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been trying to manage things on your own. You don’t have to go through it alone. In our work together, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and accepted — a place where healing and growth can unfold at your own pace.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with an integrative therapeutic approach emphasizing humanism. I am familiar with CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), ACT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and EFT skills to help tailor my therapy to fit the different needs of individuals.
